Returns

If you are unhappy with a stocked item you have ordered please call or email our team on 0151 486 3338/ info@g-pp.co.uk who will be happy to help you.

Returns T&C

1) Customers have the right to return goods at any time up to 7 working days starting the day after delivery.

2) Customers need to send the products back to us at your own cost, unused and undamaged with their original packaging.

3) The customer has a duty of care while the goods are in their possession and they are the customer's responsibility until the goods have been received on Graham’s premises.

4) For returns to be correctly processed and refunded, the customer must make Grahams aware of the returns by email or by contacting the office directly.

5) In the unlikely event that you should receive damaged or defective products, please call or email Grahams and state the problem where appropriate. One of our team will contact you to further investigate the problem.

6) If you would like to return a product to us, please call or email info@g-pp.co.uk and we will send you our returns form to complete.
